I’ve been dealing with regulating the temperature of my house for 4 years. Finally made the decision to have my attic re insulated. Before calling American insulation I called 4 other companies to get quotes and more information. All 4 other companies just told me it was a $49 service charge to come out and that the service tech will explain when they are there. I was hesitant at 1st to call American insulation due to it being a add at the top. But I’m glad I made the call. I spoke with David who answered all of my questions and gave me a quote over the phone. He took his time and is professional opinion on which service I should go with even though it was the less expensive option for my house. We scheduled the appointment for this Friday. The service techs Juan and Kobe arrived on time and got right to work. They were professional and fast and most importantly clean.I say that to say this I would 100% recommend there services.

I could not be happier. Showed up on time, in uniform, introduced themselves, bilingual, very professional. Work was done in the time promised. Small deposit pay at the end made me feel a lot more at ease. They could not have been more responsive. I had one small question and within 20 minutes the manager showed up and took care of it. So happy with the service from American Insulation! Mary was so responsive in providing written quotes and explanation of options for our attic insulation, and the workers were prompt, professional, clean and thorough. Would highly recommend American Insulation! And what a difference in our house after the insulation was installed, especially during these last batches of cold weather. We never even had to turn our heat on!

I have personally experience the 5 starts treatment with this company. David and Mary always pick up the phone promptly and were very courteous. I reached out to American Insulation to have a portion of a new property we purchased that was lacking proper insulation completed. I had never had this done before. David from AI was responsive, explained everything in detail and prompt in getting the job scheduled. American Insulation is #1, they are efficient, fast turn around, and they have great prices. Before contacting them I called around an got many different estimates, and asked many questions. when I called them they knew more than just what I can Google and get an answer to. David explained everything in detail and even explained what I needed to be up to code. I was able to get a same day appointment and get the job done timely. The crew sent out was exceptional. They knew what they were doing, and they cleaned up after themselves and even told me if every looked ok. I will definently recommend American Insulation and will be using them to do my other property. If your looking get the job done right, do not hesitate to give them a call.

I have never met with such a responsive and dedicated contractor through my career as a property manager. David came to the location within of hour of contacting him. Although we had a video call he wanted to come in person and see if the service we requested will solve our issue. As it turned out It would not have, however he referred me to another professional who was on site within couple of hours. He saved us from making a large and unnecessary expense. Thank you! I called several companies for quotes to have insulation blown in my attic of my house and garage. David was the first for me to speak with. David let me know of an excellent promotion for R38 blown insulation. He explained the process but then Our call got cut off and I got a call back from Mary. Mary went through all the details and answered all my questions. I told her I was working with the FPL energy program. FPL has advised I had to have a tech come out take pictures, send in for approval, and then voucher would be sent. Mary took all that hassle out of my hands and said she would handle EVERYTHING. An immediate FPL voucher credit was provided and Mary would wait for the voucher to be issued. Talk about customer service!! Incredible. Thank you again, Mary! I asked how soon it could be completed. The answer was shocking “TOMORROW”. I set up the appointment paid the small reasonable deposit for service.Santiago and Jorge arrived to complete the job. They were on time, professional, and very courteous. They performed the job in a very clean manor. They took pictures and made sure I was informed every step of the way. These guys really made me feel as though the choice I made was the right one.When looking to have work done I do thorough research. Today I can tell you I am thankful I hired such a great company.David was in constant communication the day the job was done. He followed up with his guys too. The process was easy, seamless, and professional.In the end I made the payment for services and received a paid in full invoice.Let me tell you....if your looking for a great insulation company, look no further. I can’t say enough about this company. I noticed that three rooms upstairs where either warmer or colder (depending on the season)than the other rooms. I called and spoke to David and he was very professional and explained the process after providing an estimate. The estimates came in slightly under others, but it was the online testimonials that swayed my decision and I couldn’t be happier. They communicated very well and showed up the next day on time. The guys that arrived were very courteous and professional and explained what they were going to do and gave me a rundown at the end. I had about 1500 square feet of my second story done and it took about an hour to accomplish. They cleaned up what little mess there was on their way out. Do not hesitate to go with American Insulation, you won’t be disappointed. There is a reason they get great reviews!

Overall a great experience! We had them put R38 blown in insulation in our attic. They use high quality material. Mary, who helps coordinate everything, was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We had a snag where access to part of our attic was blocked (due to duct work) and Mary helped us find someone for a reasonable price to create a second access to our attic so insulation could be done correctly. She went above and beyond! From start to finish they were great to work with. Thank you!!

David and Mary were professional and excellent in explaining the process involved. I was getting various quotations from a number of different companies on HomeAdvisor and Angie’s List. The process was exhausting with everyone telling you their product was the best and eco friendly and could avoid pest issues from the insulation choice chosen. Only David, the owner of American Insulation in Davie, was patient enough to explain the process. He spoke to me about the different types of insulation, their Pros and Cons, the costs involved. It was a totally transparent experience. I reviewed comments from previous customers and saw nothing but overwhelming positive reviews. David was very confident that I would be happy with the results. So today, as a happy customer, I can tell you that David and his crew at American Insulation is the real deal. My home is cooling more efficiently and I didn’t overpay for some other product that could potentially caused other issues like unwanted odors.

After noticing our AC working extra hard this summer we decided to update our insulation. Checking out American Insulation's great reviews and great summer deal we went with them. Mary was very helpful in explaining the ratings and the types of insulation they offer. The summer special was blown in insulation R38 for $0.99 per square feet and It's eco friendly!With only a 50 Dollar deposit we set the appointment for a few days later. It sounded too good to be true but it wasn't. The guys showed up on time just as promised, even with a text message saying they are in route. Time frame was also accurate 8am-10am. Everything flowed like they have done this a million times. I got to see some before and after pics which they also sent them to my phone for my own records.Iwould highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do work in any one of the services they provide.

We hired them to do a blow in insulation. Our attic was so dirty, it was not cleaned in 20 years or so. Had a lot of rocks after reroofing and rats poo and smelled very bad....these guys came in and worked very hard, half a day for sure. The cost was reasonable, I didnt compare to other contractors because I liked them right away, David is very professional. I recommend them.

Amazing!!! from my initial call to completion of service, American Insulation delivered five-star service. One particular aspect that outshined was their honesty. I was quoted a price based on the SqFt on file, when they arrived at the house they measured the area and it was less. I was immediatly contacted and an adjusted invoice was sent prior to starting the job. It is hard to find a company with such high work ethics and I'm so fortunate to have selected American Insulation. I cannot leave out the quality of the product used and job done. Within hours of the job being completed, the central air system actually shut-off and is working great! it is my greatest hope that your experience equals mine.

Outstanding service. When unforeseen obstacles arose on the job, AI’s staff adjusted the invoice and emailed me an update within ten minutes. They even called me during the job to make sure everything was OK. The techs were prompt and extraordinarily diligent. One of the obstacles was a barrier to attic space over my son’s room, the hottest in the house. Upon hearing this, the tech was determined to find a solution and did. When he finished, he insisted I climb the ladder to inspect his work and look at 17+ pics/vids on his phone including the space above my son’s room. It was important to him that I see what he accomplished. When you find people who take true pride in their work, hire them! I give AI the highest recommendation—thank you!

Our house had a serious vermin infestation prior to our ownership and when left closed up, always had a musty smell. David's team did an amazing job of cleaning out our attic, disinfecting it, and replacing the insulation. Our house smells great now and the entire experience was even better than I expected. I called late afternoon Thursday and explained my plight. David had his crew out first thing the next morning. The crew got stuck in traffic and called because they were afraid they would be late. I had just had a new air conditioner system installed and it turned out there was no insulation in the attic. I first checked the FPL website because I thought there would be some reputable service providers. I’ve discovered that’s a big deal here in South Florida. I checked the reviews for the providers FPL recommended and was disappointed.So I spent the entire morning searching every provider I could find through all the major and not so major review websites.I was just about to give up and roll down to Lowe’s to find stuff to do it myself so I knew it would have been done as right as I could, which seemed as well as many service providers, when I found David and his company.When I called he picked up - a good sign - and it just got better. He explained everything about attic insulation- the differences and what work work best for my house.He had a crew in my area and could get to me that afternoon. I was a little hesitant because I wanted to go see my horse but he suggested since I was running my a/c, sooner would be better because of condensation.His crew called a half hour before they were scheduled to come to let me know they were on their way. They came in a clean van (always a good sign), with masks (I was impressed after an electrician I hired sent a crew with them) and they quickly got to work.I think it took them an hour. No fuss, no mess. They took photos to show me, packed their tubes and left.Polite & professional.I am so happy I found David and his company and would recommend them highly.

I honestly can't recommend this company enough! I am a real estate property manager and owner. I have worked with various insulation companies over the years and these guys are the best! I purchased my home a year ago and it has been plagued with mold and moisture issues due to an architectural & structural defect. This was an extremely complicated problem that required a complex solution. David was patient, professional and instrumental in solving my problem. He spent over 3 months reviewing all possible options and pricing. He worked diligently to help solve my problem. Never pressured me on anything, only worked to figure out the best solution. It was a custom problem that required a custom solution. Other companies I consulted with wouldn't even consider doing the customized work it would require to solve my problem and those that did inflated their pricing excessively. David got the job done RIGHT and at a reasonable price. The crew was on time, clean, professional and finished on schedule. No issues whatsoever. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to everyone for jobs both big and small !

Our house was getting really hot this last few days so me and my husband decided to research for a solution after finding out that it was our insulation we decided to calm a few companies on line and we came across David from American Insulation who was the most professional he explained everything and more and helped us out with the price. AMAZING the crew came out they where nice clean and on time very professional! I highly recommend this company!

I have a rental property. I noticed that my vacancy units AC system wasn’t dropping to the set temperature. I called and spoke to David on a Friday. He explained that this was happening because I don’t have ceiling insulation. He was pretty confident in his diagnosis. He offered me a fair price based on my budget and said he can have the work done Sunday. After thinking it over, I called him back and they were here Sunday morning and for the big done quickly! I appreciate his professionalism and promptness in helping me with this issue. I would definitely recommend.

Very fair price, extremely fast professional service. Cooled my house by 6° My cold water would be HOT for 20-30 seconds and now it’s warm for 3-4 seconds. Dave is very knowledgeable and professional and his installers are top notch and clean. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the service provided by American Insulation. I contacted them in the morning and within minutes David the owner contacted me. They came on the same day in the afternoon and replaced my attic insulation. They were punctual, responsible, and courteous. And they did a great job. Rarely do you see a company be that responsive that quick. Highly recommend!

I called about 10 other places to get quotes and after speaking with many other companies, I went with American and am extremely satisfied.
